On the Lack of OS X Financial Software

I've written a bit about my frustration with the lack of personal finance software for OS X.  I talked about it on my software page and it's been mentioned in a few blog posts.  Today, someone with more visibility is picking up my battle cry.

It may not lead to better options, but it's nice to know I'm not alone out here.

Haven't you seen the commercials? Mac's are for being cool and using iTunes and iStuff. PC's are for spreadsheets and what not.

Or maybe it's because there is no money left to manage after you buy a Mac?

Having money is cool. At the very least, knowing how much you have is cool. In fact, very little is less cool than having your credit card declined because you couldn't effectively manage your finances. :-)

To doubly-extra-bonus-ensure my coolness, I'll make a nifty movie, using iMovie, about managing my finances.

@Dave -
To be sure...there's significantly less than there was before. :-)

In truth, my MacBook Pro, fully decked out, wasn't significantly more expensive than the Dells I've bought in the past - also fully decked out.
